About Yuj.

At Yuj., we believe that healing begins with connection to everything that shapes how you move through the world.

We view psychotherapy as a process of integration, where parts of the self that have felt fragmented, unheard, or disconnected can begin to come back into relationship with one another, at a pace that feels safe and supported.

We offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can slow down and explore your inner world with curiosity and care. Our approach is collaborative, honouring your unique experiences while grounded in an evidence-based approach and informed by mindfulness, body-aware practices. Together, we attend to the organisation of your mind and the lived experience of emotion.

Seeking therapy is a courageous step. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a general sense of disconnection, we aim to meet you where you are, with empathy, respect, and thoughtful support to help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and ease in your life and relationships.

Meet Kat

Kat is an integrative psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and devoted ocean lover. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a steady, calming presence into the therapy space, creating a welcoming and non-judgemental environment where clients can feel safe to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s beneath the surface of their experiences.

Her work is guided by the belief that awareness, much like learning to read the tides, can open up pathways for change. By noticing patterns that might feel repetitive or limiting, her clients are supported toward more connected and fulfilling lives.

Kat works with people across a wide range of experiences, supporting clients to curiously explore and integrate life experiences, moving at a pace that feels contained and respectful.

At the heart of Kat’s approach is the therapeutic relationship itself: collaborative, attuned, and grounded in both mind and body. She holds a deep trust in each client’s innate capacity to grow, heal, and find steadier ground- even in uncertain waters.

Kat is currently available for Telehealth appointments only.
