The Practice
Therapy here is a process of integration. A way of bringing the parts of you that feel fragmented, unheard, or disconnected back into relationship with one another, at a pace that feels safe.
The work is collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practice and informed by mindfulness and body-aware approaches. We hold space for both the thinking mind and the felt experience of being you.
Whatever brought you here, anxiety, a relationship that feels stuck, a chapter you’re trying to move through, or simply a sense that something’s not aligned,we meet you where you are. The aim, over time, is greater clarity, resilience, and ease in how you live and connect.

What to expect
Beginning psychotherapy can bring up mixed emotions, both of hopefulness and uncertainty. At Yuj., the process is collaborative, paced with care, and tailored to your individual needs.
We start by getting to know you, identifying what has brought you to therapy, what feels challenging, and what you’d like support with.
Together, we gently explore patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviour, as well as the experiences that have shaped them.
Our sessions offer a space to slow down, reflect, and develop greater awareness of your inner world.
Psychotherapy isn’t about quick fixes or being “fixed.” It’s a process of building understanding, resilience, and connection—helping you move through life and relationships with greater clarity, choice, and ease, making meaningful change over time.
